Our Staff
I am easy to talk to. I am a trained professional in the field of Counseling Psychology. Previously, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology, with minors in Women's Studies and Ethnic & Cultural Studies.

I have experience providing services to individuals, couples, families, and teens. My favorite areas of interest and specialty are in anger management, sexual issues, and trauma therapies.
Currently, I am a therapist at a residential treatment facility, providing services to severely traumatized teens. However, I enjoy working at my practice with both men and women, regarding any mental health concerns they may have.

When approaching therapy, clients, and my personal life, I tend to take an existential view, incorporating the concepts and practices found in insight therapies. Existential psychology acknowledges human limitations, while respecting the potential of a person, and considers the goal of living authentically despite the different life crises we all experience.

I enjoy my work and I am passionate about the field of Psychology. I am honored to have the opportunity to offer my services to those who are willing to take the journey. Self-care is a challenge but a worthwhile pursuit. The results could improve the quality of your life, and put an end to unnecessary suffering.

I offer intake and assessment appointments. If you are unsure whether counseling could help, please do not hesitate to ask a question, or in asking for assistance. I am happy to help. Have a beautiful day!
